What materials are used in your clothing?

All Fitonaut pieces are made in Italy from premium Sensil® Innergy yarn — a soft, stretchy, and durable fabric that promotes microcirculation and keeps its shape over time.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a detailed size guide. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for extra comfort.

Are your clothes stretchy or body-sculpting?

Yes! All Fitonaut garments are seamless, ultra-stretchy, and designed to naturally enhance your silhouette — like a second skin.

How should I care for my clothes to make them last longer?

Wash inside out at a maximum of 30 °C, by hand or on a delicate cycle. Use mild detergent, do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Lay flat to dry away from heat or sunlight.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major bank payments, credit and debit cards, and “Pay in Parts” options depending on your region.

Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time in Europe usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated before checkout and depend on your country and chosen delivery method. Please select the option that best suits you.

Customs & Import Fees

All taxes are already included in the price, so no additional taxes or duties apply to orders within the EU.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Europe.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?

Yes, you can. You have the right to return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it hasn’t been worn, washed, or damaged, and still has all the original tags and packaging.

How long do I have to return an item?

You need to let us know about your return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Once confirmed, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

What is your return policy?

Returned products must be in perfect, unused condition and include all original packaging and labels. The customer covers the cost of return shipping and is responsible for choosing a reliable, trackable delivery method.

How do I process a return?

or fill out the Return Form on our website. After we confirm your request, you can send the item back. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
