1. Right of Withdrawal
Following EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods. This right applies to most products purchased through our online store.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right to return a product, you must notify us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can contact us via the following methods:

Fill out the Return Form
Once you notify us of your intent to return the product, you will have 14 days to send the product back to our warehouse. This 14-day period starts from the day you notify us about your return request.
3. Conditions for Returns
The product must be in unused, unworn, and resellable condition.
The product must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
Any items marked as non-returnable (e.g., underwears, sale items) are not eligible for return unless faulty.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and organizes the dispatch (return) of these goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a reliable shipping method.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. The refund will be processed within 5-14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same procedure as for returns. You may need to place a new order for the exchange, and we will process a refund for the returned item.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. You have 14 days from the receipt of the product to report any issues with the item.
8. Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
Products that are no longer in their original condition (e.g., items that have been worn, washed, or used)
