At Fitonaut, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason your item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, our returns and exchanges process is simple, fair, and hassle-free.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and ensuring the item is sent via a reliable, trackable delivery method.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us
    Email fitonaut@fitonaut.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Wait for Confirmation
    Once your return request is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions on where and how to send your item back. Our return address will be provided via email after your request is approved.

  3. Send Your Item
    Ship the product back using a secure and trackable method. Keep your tracking information for reference.

  4. Refund or Exchange Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing typically takes 5–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Exchanges will be processed as soon as the returned item is inspected and approved. The money is refunded using the same payment method.

Additional Information

  • Partial Returns: If returning multiple items from one order, refunds will be issued only for the items returned.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we will cover the return shipping.
